Stir-fried Salt and Pepper Bullfrog

Wash the bullfrog and cut into pieces.

Finely chop garlic, chili, ginger and shallot.

Put the oil in the pan and fry the bullfrog until the surface is golden, then remove the oil control.

Add garlic and chili to the pot and stir fry, then add the fried bullfrog and stir fry.

Add ginger and green onion, sprinkle in appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and stir-fry evenly.
