Tips:
Ps:
1. You can use pork leg or pork belly to make salt-fried meat, and the meat slices fried with a little fat are delicious.
2. Salt-fried meat can be sautéed for a longer period of time. The fat slices are rolled and the lean meat is dried.
3. The ratio of Douban, Douchi, and Soy Sauce can be based on your own taste. I usually use Douban and Douchi with a spoon and a quarter spoon of Soy Sauce to enhance the color.
4. Green peppers and onions don't need to be fried for too long, just cut off.
5. There are many kinds of side dishes for fried pork with salt. In addition to green and red peppers and onions, you can also use garlic sprouts, dried beans, carrots, cabbage, etc., as long as they are not too watery vegetables.
6. The Douban Douchi and Soy Sauce are already very salty, so there is no need to add salt.
