Stir-fried Sauerkraut in The Northeast-a Side Dish for Appetizers

Pickled cabbage soaked and washed clean.

Cut one leaf into two pieces (for the purpose of making the cut thinner) and cut into silk.

The chopped sauerkraut shreds were washed with water and squeezed out the water.

Fresh small green hot peppers, chopped green onion and garlic cloves.
