Stir-fried Sausage with Dried Radish

Cut the dried radish into thin slices and soak it. The dried radish you bought is more salty. Soak it to remove the saltiness.

Wash the sausage and slice it. Garlic smashed.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute, then add dried radish and stir fry. Then add an appropriate amount of sugar and stir fry evenly.
