Stir-fried Scallion with Pork Liver

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the ingredients and slices of pork liver.
3.
Add cooking wine to the liver to remove the fishy.
4.
Add soy flour and mix well.
5.
Fry ginger and garlic in a pan.
6.
Add pork liver and stir fry.
7.
Stir-fry with watercress and pickled peppers.
8.
Stir well.
9.
Stir fry with chicken bouillon with green onion.
10.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
Stir-fried pork liver over high heat is quick and tender.
