Stir-fried Scallops with Celery

Wash the straps and remove the stomach.

Cut the celery, green onions, ginger, and peppers well and set aside.
3.
Bring water to a boil and blanch the scallops until cooked.
4.
Take the strap out of the shell and take it out for later use.

Raise the frying pan, stir-fry the celery, green onions, and ginger in the pan.

When the celery is cut off, remove the scallops and stir-fry the peppers well.
7.
Add the right amount of salt, and then use the right amount of water starch to thicken the gorgon.
