Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetables with Shrimp

Marinate the shrimp in cooking wine for 15 minutes and set aside

Peel and wash bamboo shoots, asparagus and carrots

Dice the bamboo shoots and carrots

Diced asparagus

Boil in hot water for three minutes
