Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Seasonal Vegetables

1. Marinate the shredded pork with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, starch, and oil for a while

2. Shred the rest

3. Mince ginger and garlic, and mix into juice with salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and starch

4. Stir-fry the shredded pork in a frying pan and serve after it changes color

5. Add some oil and stir fragrant ginger and garlic

6. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry for a while

7. Then put in shredded pork

8. Pour in the juice and stir fry

9. Sprinkle chopped green onion

Tips:

You can adjust the fish sauce according to your own taste.
