Stir-fried Seaweed. Turn into Seaweed Soup in 1 Second

1. First, tear the seaweed into pieces by hand;

2. Put a layer of thin oil in the pot and heat;

3. Pour in the seaweed fragments and scatter them back and forth with chopsticks; soon, the seaweed will be fluffy than before; turn off the heat and continue to stir for a while with the remaining temperature, you can obviously feel the seaweed is crisp and lighter;

4. Finally, grab some salt and sprinkle in with your hands, add a little pepper and mix well, you are done!

5. Grab some fried seaweed and put it in a bowl, pour it into boiling water

6. Transform into a delicious seaweed soup in one second!

Tips:

* The most important point is to choose high-quality seaweed.

Because there is no need to clean it, if there is a lot of sand, it won’t be fun to eat...

* When serving as a side dish, use less salt and pepper, or no pepper;

* If you want to make soup, then the amount of salt and pepper should be sufficient, otherwise the soup will be too weak;

* Do not explode the fried laver in the air for too long, as it will soften and affect the taste. It is best to store it in an airtight jar~
