Stir-fried Shiitake Mushrooms with Garlic Pork Slices

Wash the lean pork, cut into thin slices, marinate with oyster sauce, rice wine, light soy sauce, and sweet potato starch for 10 minutes.

Cut off the head and tail of the mushrooms, peel them, and cut into pieces with a hob.

Wash the garlic sprouts, cut open, and cut into sections.

Add water to a small pot, boil, add the mushrooms to cook, remove and set aside.

Pour oil in the pan, fry the marinated meat slices and serve.

Raise the frying pan again, pour in the garlic sprouts and stir fry for a fragrance.

Pour in the Chinese mushrooms and stir fry.

Pour the light soy sauce to taste.

Finally, pour in the fried pork slices and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
There is no need to add additional salt, the meat slices are already salty.
