Stir-fried Shrimp Skin with Three Vegetables

Soak the cabbage, leeks, and lettuce in baking soda for 15 minutes. Wash the cabbage and lettuce. Break off the leaves and cut the leeks into sections.

Heat the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the shrimp skin and stir fry slightly. Pour the leek stems and stir fry.

When the leek stems become soft, place the leek leaves.

Put the cabbage and lettuce into the pot together.

Stir fry until the greens change color.

Sprinkle with a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir-fry. Turn off the heat.
