Stir-fried shrimp with salt and pepper oil.

Rinse the small river prawns and keep them dry for later use.

Pour the bottom oil in the frying pan and heat until 70% hot. Fry the small river prawns until the color changes. Remove and set aside.

Bring the oil to heat again to 70% heat, stir-fry the small river prawns until crispy, remove the oil and set aside.

Leave a little base oil in the pot and add the minced garlic, minced ginger and chili to sauté.

Pour the shrimp and stir fry evenly.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, stir-fry evenly with salt and pepper.
