Stir-fried Small Intestines with Carrots

After the pig small intestines are washed, boiled in boiling water, cut into sections and drained for later use (refer to the fat intestine for cleaning methods).

Wash and slice carrots.

Wash and shred the ginger and garlic.
4.
Put in cold oil, add ginger and garlic, stir fry.
5.
Add appropriate amount of red 99 hot pot seasoning and stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Finally, pour the carrots and small intestines, stir fry, add cooking wine in the middle, and heat for 2 minutes.
Tips:
Pork small intestines can be marinated in advance.
