Stir-fried Bee Hoon with Lean Pork and Pork

Prepare the lean meat and pork offal; clean the lean meat and offal, and cut it for later use

Put the cut lean meat and pork offal on a plate, add appropriate amount of salt, rice wine, peanut oil, ginger, garlic and marinate for 10 minutes; heat the pan with oil, pour in the lean meat and pork offal, stir fry over high heat

Stir-fry until cooked, add cornstarch gorgon (cornstarch, water, soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix well); finally add the green onion and season it, do not need to fry too dry, leave a little more juice and pour the rice noodles

Set aside; also heat the pan with oil, add two garlic, and salt to saute. Then add two small bowls of water, add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce (seasoning in advance is to taste the rice noodles and make it more even)

After the water is boiled, add the washed rice noodles, stir-fry and shake them with a spatula and chopsticks; cover the pot and simmer until soft

Tips:
1. At the end of the fried pork offal, the juice should not be too dry, leave more juice.
2. The rice noodles were not soaked in advance, so I put two bowls of water and simmered them to soften. If the rice noodles are soaked in advance to soften, reduce the amount of water or stir-fry without adding water.
