Stir-fried Small River Prawns

Rinse the small river prawns several times on tap water.

Add the right amount of oil to the wok, not too much.
3.
Add ginger slices and sauté.
4.
Pour the small river prawns into the pot and stir fry.

Then pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in a little water, cover the pot and simmer for a while.

Add salt to taste.

Finally, add chopped chives and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
The small river prawns are easy to cook, so the cooking time is really short, it only took more than 3 minutes.
If you want to cook small river prawns in oil, add more oil, don't add water, just use oil to fry them, it is a different flavor.
