Stir-fried Snail Noodles with Pineapple (only 5 Steps)
1.
Stir-fry a packet of snail noodles and half a pineapple is enough. For medium-sized green and red peppers, half a green and half red is enough. The red and green colors are better. Cut into pieces when ready for use.
2.
Cook rice noodles in a pot under cold water for 10 minutes. Too much cold water after cooking can make the rice noodles taste more elastic.
3.
Add a small amount of oil to the pot, add the green and red peppers and pineapple and stir fry for about 2 minutes until the green peppers turn dark green, set aside.
4.
Add a small amount of oil again, add sour bamboo shoots, fungus, daylily, capers, dried radish, rice noodles, half-pack of snail soup, peanuts, yuba, pineapple and green peppers.
5.
Finally, according to personal taste, add spicy oil and sour vinegar, stir fry evenly.
Tips:
Many people do not like to eat green peppers because green peppers have a slight bitter taste, and the taste of pineapple in this dish can completely cover up the bitterness, so don't worry.
