Stir-fried Sour Bamboo Shoots

Prepare sour bamboo shoots.

Cut the sour bamboo shoots into small pieces, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the millet pepper into circles.

Raise the pot and burn the oil.

Saute the chives, ginger, garlic and millet pepper rings.
5.
Pour in sour bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Add in the flavour and stir fry quickly.
