Stir-fried Spicy Cabbage with Chicken Gizzard Flowers

Pickled chicken gizzard flowers.

South Korean spicy cabbage.

Chinese cabbage stems.

Heat the pan with oil, add ginger slices, garlic slices and dried chili, and saute.

Stir-fry the Chinese cabbage stalks, add a little salt, and serve.
