Stir-fried Stew with Green Peppers

Cut the stew into four squares about 2cm

Chopped chives

Cut green and red peppers into strips and then cut into four cubes

Stir out the red oil in a hot pot with cold oil and a small fire to pixian bean paste

Add the chives and stir fry for a fragrance

Pour the stew on high heat, stir well, add some light soy sauce and sugar to taste, add a small amount of hot water to boil

Pour in the green and red pepper pieces and stir-fry evenly, hook a proper amount of water and starch out of the pan
Tips:
1: Adding sugar is to neutralize the salty taste of the stew, it is best not to omit it.
2: After pouring the stew, be sure to stir-fry on high heat to prevent the stew from being broken.
