Stir-fried Stinky Tofu with Leeks

Prepare raw materials;

Heat a pan with a proper amount of oil, spread the stinky tofu on the bottom of the pan and fry;
3.
Fry the stinky tofu until golden brown, then turn it over and continue frying;
4.
Fry on both sides until golden brown, add garlic slices and red pepper and fry together;
5.
Pour in the right amount of cooking wine and cook;
6.
Pour in the leeks and stir fry together;
7.
Add appropriate amount of salt to season the leeks after the color changes;
8.
Stir-fry evenly and transfer to a bowl.
Tips:
1. Fry the stinky tofu on both sides until golden brown. When putting the stinky tofu into the pot, heat the oil. Don't turn the pot in a hurry. Shake the pot gently. If the stinky tofu can move, turn it over again, so that the tofu will not break easily;
2. Don't stir-fry the leeks for a long time. Add salt to taste after the color changes, and stir-fry evenly.
