Stir-fried Tofu with Mushrooms and Taro---daxi Big Beef Seasoning Edition

Tofu with mushrooms and yam, slice it in boiling water and set aside

Daxi big beef seasoning, sour chili, cut some celery and garlic
3.
Saute the sour chili first

Sprinkle with chili powder
5.
Stir fry
6.
Pour in mushroom and taro tofu
7.
Stir well
8.
Add salt to taste mushroom and taro tofu
9.
Stir fry
10.
Sprinkle with Daxi beef seasoning to enhance the flavor

Add celery and garlic, or chives
12.
Stir well

Tips:
I use Daxi Da beef seasoning, no other seasoning is needed. This Daxi Da beef seasoning is a trial product given to me by the manufacturer.
