Roasted Duck with Mushrooms and Taro Tofu

Spare duck, mushroom and taro tofu, ginger, garlic, pepper.

Dice the duck, shred the ginger, slice the tofu with mushrooms and taro, and shred the pepper.

Stir-fry the duck first and drizzle with vinegar to remove the flavor.

Add some salt to taste.

Drizzle with soy sauce and fry to dry with water.

Saute the duck meat until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and taro tofu and stir well.
