Stir-fried Tongs Fish

Separate the head, tail, and thorns from the flesh.

Add minced garlic, minced ginger, and sliced fish to marinate, add pepper noodles and soy flour after marinating for ten minutes.

Dice green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, sana, kimchi, dried chili, green chili, and diced or minced.

Add rapeseed oil, and when the rape oil has no scent, put the marinated fish into the oil pan once, until golden brown.

Remove and set aside.

Leave a little oil in the pot.

Add the seasoning prepared in step 3 and sauté until fragrant.

Add the tossed fish meat and stir-fry until it gives off a fragrant flavor.

Add salt, pepper, thirteen spices in turn, and stir well. Turn off the heat and put the MSG into the pot. (When adding salt, vinegar can be added or not added as appropriate.)
