Stir-fried Udon Noodles with Bacon and Black Pepper

Main ingredients: Udon noodles, green vegetables, crab mushrooms, bacon, carrots

Wash the vegetables and cut into large sections, cut the onion into thick shreds, shred carrots, and slice bacon

Cook the udon noodles in a pot of boiling water and remove them to cool.

Blanch the crab-flavored mushrooms and remove them for later use

Put a little oil in the pan, add the bacon and fry it to create a fragrant flavor.

After the bacon is fragrant, add onions and carrots and stir fry

Stir-fry until the carrot shreds become soft, add the blanched crab mushrooms and udon noodles and stir fry.

Stir-fry, add a little pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper sauce and continue to stir-fry evenly
