Stir-fried Udon with Three Vegetables

Cut green peppers and carrots into shreds, mince onions, and cut garlic into sections for later use

Soak the udon noodles in water for 2 minutes and drain

Fry the eggs and place them in a bowl. After serving and frying, put the three dishes into the pot and stir fry for about 5 minutes.

After sautéing the three dishes, add the udon noodles and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add garlic leaves, pepper, salt, and the fragrant udon noodles.
Tips:
If you like to eat sweet, you can add a little more onion, but when cutting onions, hehe, I cut with my eyes closed
