Stir-fried Vermicelli

Tips:
1. The whole process of stir-frying on high fire is easy to cook, and the speed should be fast.
2. The vermicelli is easy to break if it is over-cooked. Put it in at the end and turn off the heat when it is stir-fried.
3. Fried dried tofu can be replaced by commercially available dried tofu, but the taste is bad.
