Soak the bracken in warm water and set aside

Put the marinade into the pot and start to marinate the meat. Don't add salt, about 1 hour. Start with high fire, then simmer on low fire. Remove the marinade and use it freely. Don’t be too salty.

Cut the dried bracken and braised pork for later use, slice the braised pork, and cut the dried tofu into strips

Cut the cabbage, prepare the bean paste, vermicelli, and green onions

Put a little oil in the pot, add bean paste and green onions, stir fry, sauté the fragrance with garlic sprouts

Add the braised pork and stir fry, then add the cooking wine and light soy sauce

Put the bracken and stir fry for a while, add water or braised soup to simmer

Add the vermicelli and cook for 3-5 minutes, then add oyster sauce and salt

Add the crispy meatballs, cabbage, and dried tofu, and simmer for about 3 minutes to see if the vermicelli is well cooked (the crispy meatballs are harder when fried)

Take it out, put it in a casserole, and start eating
