Stir-fried White Shrimp with Fresh Peppers

Clean the white prawns and remove the shrimp feet and shrimp line

Cut the white shrimp from the back, add cooking wine, green onion, ginger, salt, black pepper and marinate for ten minutes (you can also add other seasonings you like)

Tips:
