Stir-fried Winter Melon with Bacon Sausage

Slice bacon, stir in oil over medium heat;

Stir a part of the oil and pour in the mini sausage slices. Stir it well. Put the two together and set aside. Decant the excess oil and leave a proper amount of oil at the bottom of the pot;

Bring to medium high heat, add minced garlic and ginger, sauté;

Pour in winter melon and stir fry, add 2/3 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar and 1/3 teaspoon pepper, then stir-fry until it is 8 mature

Add bacon and sausage slices, stir fry until the winter melon is broken, cook 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and mix well.
Tips:
It is a good idea to use sausage for cooking. It is ready-made and easy to cook, especially the sausage used to make pizza. It is particularly fragrant and slightly spicy.
