Straw Mushroom Steak

Today I used freeze-dried dried straw mushrooms. This kind of freeze-dried is very convenient to use and very light. This dish is only 8 grams.

Soak the straw mushrooms in warm water for 10 minutes, soak them softly and remove them for use

Broccoli into small flowers, blanch in light salt water for later use

Add 50 grams of black pepper steak powder and make a paste. I used Kuk Yibai’s Black Pepper Steak Noodles. 15 grams of this dish is enough. I made the sauce one package at a time, and the rest will be used next time.
