Strawberry Birthday Cake

Prepare the ingredients.

First cut off the bulging part of the top of the cake and slice it into 2 slices. I used 2 Chiffon cakes, 4 slices in total.

Add 15 grams of sugar to the whipped cream and beat at low speed.

Take a piece of cake, spread a little whipped cream, and put banana pieces.

Make 3 layers one by one, and finally cover with one layer.

Spread light cream.

Tips:
How to make chocolate chips: Melt the chocolate in a large plate with water, and use a spoon to scrape out the chocolate chips after the chocolate has solidified.
Normally, only one chiffon cake is used, and two layers are fine. Because there are many people in the family, we made a four-layer one.
