Recently I am learning to bake. This is a small cake with no oil and water. It has a traditional taste, but it is made with chiffon recipe. It is a bit ugly, but very delicious.

Sweet Strawberry Cup Cakes

1. Prepare ingredients: 5 eggs, 40g white sugar, 50g low-gluten flour

2. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white first

3. Break up the egg yolks

4. Sift the low-gluten flour and stir with the egg yolk paste

5. Add a few drops of lemon juice into the egg whites and beat them into fish-eye bubbles at high speed

6. Add the first sugar and beat at high speed

7. Add the second sugar and continue to beat at high speed

8. Add the third sugar and beat at low speed until there is a small hook

9. Mix the egg white paste with the egg yolk paste

10. Pour the cake batter into a paper cup and sprinkle with strawberry chocolate chips

11. Bake at 165°C for 40 minutes
