A childlike biscuit that I saw on Weibo was instantly adorable. Everyone quickly do it~

Squirrel Cookies

1. First draw the graphics on the paper with a pen, and cut them into two parts (large outline and body); the dried squirrel is made up of two-color dough, and the detailed materials are as follows: original color dough: low powder 75g, butter 40g, sugar 30 grams of powder, 12 grams of liquid egg; dark coffee dough: 70 grams of low powder, 5 grams of cocoa powder, 40 grams of butter, 30 grams of powdered sugar, 12 grams of liquid egg

2. The butter is softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and mix with a rubber spatula

3. Whisk evenly with a whisk

4. Add egg liquid in batches and beat evenly

5. Sift in low powder and mix well

6. Squeeze into a ball and put it in a fresh-keeping bag

7. The same goes for dark coffee colored dough

8. Place the dough on the top and bottom of the dough and roll it into a 0.4cm thick dough. You can put a ruler on both sides to make it evenly thick. Put it in the refrigerator to relax for 2 hours.

9. Put the pre-drawn drawing (the middle part) on the original color dough and cut out the shape with a knife

10. Put the big outline part on the cocoa noodles and cut out the shape with a knife

11. Compare the position of the face and belly on the brown body model and take it out

12. Dip some egg liquid on the joints to form a complete pattern

13. Finally rub your hands together

14. Put almonds or dried cranberries between your hands for decoration

15. Preheat the oven up and down to 180 degrees, the middle layer, 15-20 minutes, the original color part will turn golden yellow before it is out of the oven, let cool

16. Put the chocolate in a piping bag and melt

17. Squeeze the eyes and nose with black clever after it is out of the oven and squeeze it with pink strawberry-flavored chocolate (or meringue frosting) with other patterns as shown in the picture~

Tips:

1. You can use the recipe you are familiar with, as long as you can get multi-color dough;
2. After baking, the skin will expand slightly, so the various parts will be well bonded together. The baked biscuits will not break easily as long as the joints are not specially broken;
3. If it is made in summer, the oily dough is easy to soften in hot weather. After it has melted, put it in the refrigerator for two minutes before continuing. This step requires care and patience;
4. This formula is about 15 pieces.
