Strawberry Daifuku

Add sugar, oil and milk to the glutinous rice flour and mix well.

Put it in a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.

Wash the strawberries with kitchen paper to absorb moisture.

Divide the steamed glutinous rice flour and lotus paste filling into uniform dough.

Take a lotus seed paste and wrap it with a strawberry. Don't wrap the top of the strawberry.

Roll out the glutinous rice dumplings and wrap them in the lotus seed paste and strawberries with the mouth facing down, and wrap all the glutinous rice dumplings one by one.

Tips:
The liquid can be water or milk.
If you like sweet, you can increase it in an appropriate amount.
