Strawberry Mochi

Put 60g of sieved glutinous rice flour into a large bowl that can be used in a clean microwave without oil and water

Add 60g strawberries, crush the strawberries with your fingertips and mix them evenly with glutinous rice flour

Add 60ML of cold water in 3 times, rub the bottom with a rubber spatula and stir until there are no particles before adding to the next time

Add 90g of fine sugar in one go and stir evenly with a spatula

Cover the surface of a large bowl with plastic wrap, poke a few holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick, put it in the microwave oven for 1 minute, wear insulated gloves, and stir evenly with a spatula

Cover the surface of the large bowl with cling film again and poke holes, put it in the microwave oven for 3 servings for 30 seconds, wear insulated gloves every 1 minute and 10 seconds, take it out and stir again with a spatula and continue heating

4. After heating, take it out and mix again, then transfer the whole mochi dough with a spatula to the oiled paper sifted with corn starch

Sieve cornstarch evenly on the surface of the dough, and shape it into a uniform rectangle after it is touched and not hot.

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, then take out the cut pieces, and brush off the excess cornstarch with a brush
