Strawberry Mousse

Gelatine flakes are softened in ice water for later use.

Mix the melted butter and biscuits.

Pour into a 6-inch mold, flatten and compact, and put in strawberry cubes.

Melt the softened gelatin with white sugar in water, pour it into the yogurt and stir evenly.

Pour the well-stirred yogurt into the mold and shake it slightly to shake out bubbles.

Spread a little more strawberry to decorate.
7.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
8.
Gun demoulding (if you don't have a gun, you can cover it with a hot towel for demoulding).
