Strawberry Tart

Take out the frozen tart wrapper and warm it up at room temperature for a while

Mix all other ingredients except egg yolk evenly

Add the egg yolk and continue to mix well

Use after filtering (so the taste is very smooth and tender)

Cut strawberries into small pieces and put a little into the tart skin

Add 8 parts full of liquid

Put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes

Take out and decorate with strawberries and powdered sugar
