Stuffed Bitter Gourd Homemade
1.
When buying bitter gourd, choose long and small ones! After washing clean, cut half finger length, cut and soak in salt water for 10 minutes (to avoid pesticides)
2.
After soaking, dig out the bitter gourd naan, use a ladle or use this kind of soup spoon, it is easy to dig ^_^
3.
Soak the shiitake mushrooms and glutinous rice first, soak the shiitake mushrooms softly! Pork ➕ garlic slices ➕ shiitake mushrooms minced
4.
Add appropriate amount of salt ➕ a small amount of cornstarch ➕ glutinous rice and stir well!
5.
Put the oil in the hot pan, and there must be no moisture in the pan. Fry the pig skin together (the cooked pig skin is delicious) and turn off the heat in the hot pan!
6.
Stuff the chopped minced meat into the bitter gourd, put the meat down in the pot, and fry until golden brown after it is stuffed!
7.
Fry until golden brown and put it in water (the amount that has been soaked in the bitter gourd), cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes to see if there is still water, no more sleep cooking, wait until the bitter gourd is cooked through and soft! It’s almost cooked. I like to pour bitter gourd into a casserole and it won’t get cold!
8.
Finally, pour the cooked bitter gourd thickened (starch ➕ light soy sauce) into the boiling pot and bring to the boil, add the chopped green onion to start the pot!
