Tips:

4. White bean paste can be purchased as a finished product, or you can buy a small amount of white kidney beans and make it yourself. You can't use up half a catty of finished products! The method is very simple: soak the white kidney beans overnight, boil them in a pressure cooker, smash them with a wall breaker, add a little salad oil, a little sugar, and fry them in a non-stick pan until they are not sticky with a spatula.
