Sugar Cane Lamb Soup

Cut the lamb into pieces.

Peel the sugarcane and cut into sections.

In another pot, add water, add the blanched lamb and sugar cane, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.

Tips:
Half a catty of lamb with two small sections of sugar cane, not too much.
