Sugar-coated Haws

Wash the hawthorn, remove the stalk, and set aside.

Cut the hawthorn in half with a paring knife and remove the pits.

Cut the banana into thin slices and fill the hawthorn; squeeze the bean paste into the hawthorn; chop the almonds into the hawthorn;

Use three toothpicks to fix the hawthorns of various flavors and put them on the plate.

Put on all the hawthorns that match the flavours and serve on the plate.

Pour the soft white sugar into the pot, add water and boil on high heat. Turn to low heat and boil until the sugar water bubbling with yellow bubbles. Dip the hawthorn in the sugar in turn.

Take out the hawthorn dipped in sugar, put it on tin foil dripped with cold water, and let it cool.
