Sugar-coated Haws

Wash the hawthorn, remove the roots and stalks

String the processed hawthorn with bamboo skewers and let the water dry

Pour the rock sugar and water into the pot, turn on high heat and cook until the rock sugar melts. Stir in the middle. After the syrup becomes viscous, don't stir it after turning to a low heat.
