Sugar Not Shake

Ingredients are prepared.

Ground peanuts.

Add sesame seeds and white sugar, mix well and set aside.

Add water to glutinous rice flour.
5.
Mix into a dough.

Divide into 20 grams each.

Roll into small balls, namely glutinous rice balls.

Boil water in a pot, add glutinous rice balls, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Point cold water, repeat 5 times, until all the glutinous rice balls float.

Take out the cooked glutinous rice balls and soak them in cold water.

Add white sugar, brown sugar and ginger slices to a pot and boil.

Pour in the cooked glutinous rice balls.

Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
13.
Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and sesame seeds.
Tips:
1. The glutinous rice flour is kneaded into a dough after adding water. According to the different brands of water absorption, the water consumption can be adjusted by yourself. When increasing or decreasing, it can be increased or decreased by 10 grams.
2. The glutinous rice glutinous rice balls are not easy to be cooked, so they can be fished out after all of them have risen.
3. Soak in cold water to prevent sticking together.
