Sugar Not Shake
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Pour the glutinous rice flour and the sticky rice flour into a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of water to form a dough.
3.
After making up, knead into even small balls and prepare them.
4.
Put the peanuts in the microwave oven on medium-high heat for 3 minutes, and the sesame seeds for one minute. After the peanuts have cooled, peel off the skin and put them in a stone mortar with the sesame seeds.
5.
Hammer the peanuts and sesame seeds and set aside.
6.
Boil a pot of boiling water, add the kneaded glutinous rice ball, cook until all of it floats, then cook for another minute, then pick it up and set aside.
7.
Put the yellow sugar in another pot and pour 150 grams of water.
8.
Cook on medium heat until slightly thickened.
9.
Pour in the cooked glutinous rice balls and continue to cook for about 3 minutes on low heat. Shake the pot a little while cooking to avoid sticking.
10.
Pick up and put in a saucer, pour some sugar water, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and sesame seeds, and enjoy.
Tips:
You don't need to add sticky rice flour. Adding sticky rice flour will make the texture more elastic. Don't rub the glutinous rice ball too much, it's small and tasty.
