Sugar Not Shake

1. Add glutinous rice flour to warm water, stir until there is no dry powder, and then knead into a moderately hard dough. The water should be added a little bit, so as not to be too soft.

2. Take a piece of glutinous rice dough and knead it into small balls the size of glutinous rice balls. The size should be consistent.

3. Put water in a pot to boil, add the kneaded glutinous rice balls, cook on medium-high heat until they are cooked.

4. Remove the cooked glutinous rice balls and let them cool twice to prevent adhesion, and serve them on a plate.

5. Add an appropriate amount of ginger sugar to a bowl of water and stir well.

6. Boil the ginger candies in an underwater pot until thick. If you don't have ginger sugar, you can also use brown sugar boiled ginger slices instead.

7. Sprinkle some cooked peanuts, cooked black and white sesame seeds on the cooked glutinous rice balls, and pour the cooked ginger syrup on top.
