Sugar Oil Papa
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
The glutinous rice flour is well weighed.
3.
Slowly pour hot water above 80 degrees into the glutinous rice flour and stir it with chopsticks.
4.
Add 50 grams of cold water to the glutinous rice flour in batches to form a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for 10 minutes.
5.
Put the brown sugar into a meat grinder and chop it up. If you don't have it, you can chop it with a knife.
6.
The crushed brown sugar, honey, and white sugar are melted with 180 grams of warm water.
7.
Grab a small piece of glutinous rice dough, knead it round and flatten it into a cake shape, and make the rest of the glutinous rice dough.
8.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan and fry the glutinous rice cakes over medium heat.
9.
Fry on one side until slightly yellow and turn over, and fry on both sides until slightly yellow. Take out the fried glutinous rice cake and set aside.
10.
Leave a little oil for frying glutinous rice cakes in the pot, add brown sugar, honey, water, and boil on high heat.
11.
Pour the glutinous rice cakes back into the pot, continue to heat them over a medium-to-low heat, and keep turning them with a silicone spatula. During the cooking process, the surface of the glutinous rice cake will gradually soften. Keep cooking for a few minutes. Don’t use a high heat, but a medium or small fire. The sugar water will gradually thicken and will be evenly coated on each glutinous rice cake. That's it.
12.
Take it out and eat it while it is hot. The syrup is wrapped in the soft waxy rice cake, which is soft and sweet and super delicious.

Tips:
1. The glutinous rice flour dough should be softer. If it is too dry, it will spread out when pressed into small cakes.
2. The color of the sugar water inside will be too dark if all brown sugar is used. Adding a certain proportion of white sugar and honey will not only taste good, but also beautiful in color.
