This kind of pomelo peel is also good, not particularly sweet, and crunchy after cooling. However, if it is exposed to the air, it will absorb moisture and become soft and become another taste. "

Sugar Pomelo Peel

1. Ingredients: 100 grams of pomelo peel, 75 grams of rock sugar candies, appropriate amount of water

2. Separate the white flesh of the pomelo peel from the yellow peel,

4. Add water and salt, soak for one day,

10. Pour into a large bowl, add 40 grams of rock sugar,

Tips:

If there is more time, it can be finished in one day without soaking and rinsing every day.
