Sugar Snowball

Wash the hawthorn, control the moisture, dig out the dirt at the bottom of the hawthorn and remove the pedicle of the hawthorn.

Put water and rock sugar in the pot, boil it over medium and low heat, stirring constantly.

After the rock sugar is completely melted, turn to low heat and stir to boil.

Until the bubbles in the pot become small bubbles, add a few drops of white vinegar and turn off the heat immediately.
