Summer's Coolness-yogurt and Fruit Crispy Jelly
1.
Prepare the ingredients you need and wash them.
2.
Cut the fruit into granules, mix the old yogurt with an appropriate amount of honey and mix well.
3.
Line the baking tray with greased paper.
4.
Pour in the yogurt and use a spoon to help level the surface. Try to be thinner and do not exceed 1cm in height.
5.
Spread the fruit evenly on the surface of the yogurt.
6.
You can also put in an appropriate amount of dried fruits, which is also delicious. I put cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. Then put it in the refrigerator freezer for more than 4 hours, or overnight. I made it in the morning, and it was just right for the child to eat after school.
7.
If you don’t have grease paper and baking trays at home, you can take a vegetable plate and lay a fresh-keeping bag. I just don’t have a big fresh-keeping bag, so I will use two small fresh-keeping bags to put it together. (I heard from my friends that if you use plastic wrap, you won’t be able to pull it off in the end. I haven’t tried it, so I don’t know. Everyone should try to use a plastic wrap.)
8.
If it is troublesome to spread a layer of yogurt and a layer of fruit, you can mix the fruit directly in the yogurt.
9.
Then pour it onto the plate. Frozen the same for more than four hours.
10.
Take out the frozen yogurt fruit and peel off the greased paper.
11.
It can be broken by hand or cut with a knife. How convenient is it?
12.
The delicious yogurt and fruit are crispy. Began to eat
Tips:
It would be better if there are strawberries. I can’t buy strawberries and use peaches instead. You can put a little more honey, because the yogurt doesn't feel as sweet when frozen. It is best to buy thicker yogurt, which tastes better. When it is too thin, the most out of it is ice slag, which is not delicious. You can also use homemade yogurt at home.
