Summer Dessert Yellow Peach Milk Sago

Ingredients are prepared and weighed.

Pour the white granulated sugar into the small milk pot.

Add milk, stir until the sugar melts, seal and refrigerate.

Put the small sago in a bowl, add 150 grams of boiling water, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Rinse the braised small sago with water, spread it out, and filter the water.

Put the small sago and water into the pot.

Tips:
1. Usually the sago is boiled before being cooked. This method needs to be boiled directly, so it will not stick to the pot if it is simmered in boiling water for a while.

3. Condensed milk can be used instead of the mixture of milk and sugar.
